Kazakh National Agrarian University hosted its II International Forum "Dialogue of Young Scientists: Science Talks" on June 10th in Almaty. This year's conference was held online due to the outbreaks of Covid-19. Young researchers and scientists from all over the world participated to present results and exchange information on their current research. The forums aim was to combine efforts to tackle global issues such as climate adaptation.
The Rekks research team was invited to the "Field Day 2019" hosted by the Baraev Institut Kazakhstan on their test sites. Two geoecologists from Martin-Luther-University as well as an employee of "Umwelt-Geräte-Technik" visited our local partners close to Shortandy. Field days are an important way to transfer knowledge between scientists, farmers, and companies.
